VCDC’s latest Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Fund will help create and restore over 485 affordable homes.

Housing Equity Fund 24, totals over $54,000,000 in investments from local banks and will help seniors, individuals living with disabilities and families throughout Virginia have access to safe, sustainable and affordable homes. The equity fund closed in late 2020 and is expected to make an impact in the following communities: Abingdon, Ashland, Charlottesville, Kilmarnock, Newport News, Richmond and Williamsburg.

Our work to develop tax credit financing for affordable housing in the Mid-Atlantic region continues with the opening of the Housing Equity Fund 25, which will be accepting investors by late in the first quarter of 2021.
