$56 Million for Virginia Communities: Housing Equity Fund 25

 

VCDC’s latest Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Fund will help create and restore over 450 affordable homes.

Housing Equity Fund 25 totals over $56,000,000 in investments from local banks and will help seniors, individuals living with disabilities and families throughout Virginia have access to safe, sustainable and affordable homes. The equity fund closed in late 2021 and is expected to make an impact in the following communities: Arlington, Chesterfield, Henrico, Martinsville, and Pulaski.
