VCDC’s Housing Equity Fund 26 brings 720 new homes to Virginia Communities

 

VCDC’s Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Fund 26 will help create and restore 720 affordable homes.

Nov. 2022 — Housing Equity Fund 26 will help seniors, individuals with disabilities and families throughout Virginia have access to safe, sustainable, and affordable homes. The equity fund is expected to make an impact in the following communities: Richmond, VA Beach, Chesterfield County, Charlottesville, Newport News, Kilmarnock, Independence, Pulaski County, Lynchburg, and Prince William County.
